Congratulations to Dunscore Parish Church, which is the 7th church to gain a Second Eco-Congregation Award

Dunscore have integrated an inspiring array of caring for creation projects into the life and work of the church. They have worked to involve the whole local community. The eco-group is always open to new ideas and has been prepared to research issues and learn as they move on. Among numerous projects they:

  • are working to establish Dunscore as a Fair Trade village
  • have a talks and walks programmes, which are open to all providing information on the issues and witnessing to the church’s commitment.
  • have built strong links with a congregation in Ndola,Zambia.
