Belhaven church have integrated environmental issues into their worship and children's work and held a special service on a visit to Lindisfarne. They have an "eco-garden, created and maintained with help from the youth organisations, that is well used by both church and community.

They have a fair trade stall and have promoted their creation care message through an exhibition in the local John Muir Birthplace museum and by showing the Al Gore film, "An Inconvenient Truth".
